For cold nights after the warehouse tour: honey, lemon and a little clove.

- 40 ml Riverstone 12
- 1 tbsp heather honey
- 20 ml fresh lemon juice
- 120 ml hot water
- 2 cloves

Method
- Add the honey, lemon and cloves to a heatproof tumbler.
- Pour in the hot water and stir until the honey dissolves.
- Add the Riverstone and stir once more.
