Visit

Walk the still house, draw spirit from the cask and taste it where it is made.

The visitor centre sits in the old mill beside the river, a short walk from Ashcombe station. Tours leave from the shop; please arrive ten minutes early. All tastings are for guests of legal drinking age, and we offer sealed sample kits for drivers.

Groups larger than the listed capacity, private tastings and corporate visits can be arranged — mention it in your request.

Before you visit

Can children come on a tour?

Under-18s are welcome on the Still House Walk with an adult and receive a juice tasting instead. The Warehouse and Blender sessions are adults only.

Is the distillery accessible?

The visitor centre, shop and still room are step-free. The bonded warehouse has an uneven stone floor; tell us in the notes and we will bring the casks to you.

What if I am driving?

Add the number of drivers to your request. Each receives a sealed sample kit to enjoy at home later.

How do I cancel or change a request?

Reply to our confirmation email or call the visitor centre — there is no charge to change a date up to 48 hours before.
