Every batch of Hedgerow Gin is a record of a season. We pick elderflower and meadowsweet at the start of summer, bog myrtle from the wet ground below the moor in August, and rosehips and sloe leaves once the first frosts have softened them.
Juniper is the exception: there is not enough on the estate, so we buy it from a single grower and keep the wild berries for our small-batch releases.
