— of water

Hedgerow begins with our own grain spirit, redistilled in a small copper still with juniper and ten botanicals gathered within a mile of the distillery. Elderflower and meadowsweet are picked in June; rosehip and sloe leaf in October. The flavour shifts slightly with each season’s harvest — the batch number on the label tells you which one you are drinking.
