— of water

Riverstone is the spirit the still house was built to make. Long ferments give it a bright, orchard-fruit core; twelve years in first-fill bourbon barrels and a final year in oloroso sherry butts wrap that fruit in honey, toasted almond and a gentle seam of spice.

Bottled at 46% without chill-filtration or added colour, so a few drops of water will cloud it slightly and open up the floral top notes. Try it neat first, then add water a drop at a time.
